The Kills Auckland show Sold Out

Following overwhelming demand for their first New Zealand visit in seven years, The Kills Auckland is now officially sold out – with tickets to their Thursday 28 July show at the Powerstation all snapped up.

Fans should get in quick to purchase tickets to the band’s Wellington performance, taking place at the Shed 6 in Wellington on Friday 29 July.

Jamie Hince (guitar/vox) and Alison Mosshart (vox/guitar) return to New Zealand this winter in support of their fifth album Ash & Ice (out now via Domino Recording Co). Singles unveiled so far from Ash & Ice include lead single ‘Doing It To Death’, the snarling ‘Heart Of A Dog’ and latest offering ‘Siberian Nights’.

The Kills bristle with tension, anxiety, sex, and unstudied cool on tracks such as ‘No Wow’, ‘U R A Fever’, ‘Satellite’ and ‘Future Starts Slow’. Currently performing sold-out shows in the USA as part of their 2016 major world tour – which included slaying it at the world’s hottest festival, Coachella, their visit down under promises to be one to remember.
